I was on a five year journey, studying virtual small group supervision in north America. In the five groups we discovered many things about how to be together, and reflect and learn about our coaching practice.
I share the findings and conclusions of what happened as we were together over those 18 months as an invitation for you to consider your own reflective practices, and your own experiences in supervision. This is qualitative research, which enriches our discussions with the lived experiences with the research participants. This is not how any of us should do supervision.
